Process Simulation

A process simulator is a powerful tool that can perform mass and/or energy balances of a process, based on a process flowsheet that describes a sequence of continuous or batch operations. Essentially, a process simulator is an engineering tool that performs  mathematical calculations of material and energy balances for the chemical process. Also, simulator has in built methodology for property estimations, design/rating calculations, and process optimization.  Process Simulation of the following equipments are done.

17. Petroleum Characterization - Characterization Oil Fractions, Boiling Point Curves, True Boiling Point Curves (TBP), ASTM D86, ASTM D1160, ASTMD2887,  Oil Properties Estimation, Oil Blending Properties Estimation,

18. Petroleum Related Simulation such as Atmospheric or Crude Distillation Unit (CDU), Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU), Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC), Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR), Hydroprocessing Units / Hydrodesulfurization (HDS), Hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), Hydrotreating (HT), Alkylation, Delayed Coking, and Refinery-Wide Simulation.

19. Energy Integration, Energy Recovery Simulation, Heat Pump Simulation, Waste Heat Reboiler Combustion Simulation.
