Job Title: Process Engineer cum Marketing Officer

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Chemical cum Marketing Female who can manage both technical and marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for chemical engineering related work, handling training-related inquiries, conducting training sessions, online marketing, developing portfolios for client growth, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities: 

• Chemical engineering activities to ensure proper technical deliveries. The process engineering activities such as equipment sizing, line sizing, process simulation etc.

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our products to the target market. 

• Respond to inquiries related to training programs and provide support to clients. 

• Develop and conduct training sessions to educate engineers and internal staff on the process engineering related topics. 

• Develop portfolios to showcase our products and services to potential clients. 

• Collaborate with the chief engineer to provide technical sales support and achieve sales targets. 

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and video conferencing. 

• Participate in trade shows and other marketing events. Monitor industry trends and provide input to the product development team. 

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and revenue growth.

• Participate in the growth of the company in every aspect and not just limited by above mentioned points

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. 

• Fresher / Minimum of 1 years of experience in chemical engineering and/or marketing. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

• Familiar with digital marketing and developing marketing campaigns. 

Working Mode: Online for few months, later offline
